  • Perform laboratory operations including sample preparation, LC-MS data acquisition, data analysis and interpretation.

  • Participate in the development of new targeted quantification methods for peptides and glycopeptides, with a focus on translating the assays to clinical labs.  

  • Align with hiring manager and collaborate with project managers and data scientists to design experiments, set up timeline, and interpret results.

  • Facilitate LC-MS instrumentation operation, troubleshooting and maintenance.

  • Ph.D. candidate in biochemistry, analytical chemistry or a related discipline.

  • Experience in mass spectrometry-based proteomics is required. Experience in glycoproteomics and/or MRM is highly preferred. 

  • Extensive knowledge in proteomics sample preparation methodologies and mass spectrometry-based quantitative strategies (DIA, PRM, SRM/MRM).

  • Experience and knowledge in the operation and maintenance of different types of mass spectrometers, especially triple quadrupole instruments.

  • Familiar with MS data analysis software. 


  • LC-MS data analysis software such as MultiQuant, MassHunter, Skyline, MaxQaunt, etc.

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite.
